If Colleáyn cannot reach and connect to you via Zoom, email or phone within the first 10 minutes of your scheduled session time, Colleáyn will consider the session cancelled and will retain the session fee. If you let Colleáyn know you are running late, it sadly means we’ll have less time together until your allotted time is complete. We can’t overrun as that will impact the next appointment.
Once a session is complete, there are no refunds. Sessions that are rescheduled are non-refundable if cancelled or forfeited.
Refund Requests: Sessions may be cancelled with a refund (minus any PayPal or bank fees) up to 7 days in advance of the scheduled appointment. After that time, we do not offer refunds, but you may save your consultation for another date, gift your consultation to someone else, or apply the purchase amount towards any other service offered by Colleáyn Klaibourne.
