If you need an answer that is
clear and to the point.
Included:
- You will receive a 1 – 2 page PDF document via email, containing the likely development or outcome of the situation and my analysis of the horary chart, empowering you to make well-informed decisions.
- The detail of what can be judged from the chart may vary depending on the question and complexity of the situation. I have no standard length of written information since every horary question is unique. It is complete when, through my written response, I have relayed all the useful information I can.

- This does not include a phone or Zoom consult.
- ❤ Communication before & after session is through brief emails.
- Occasionally It can take several quick & brief emails back and forth to get clarity so I can get to the heart of the chart.
- If you would prefer to talk on the phone to get help with your question, a mini consult is available.
cost:
- Includes 1 follow up brief email to ask 1 clarifying question related to the horary question you submitted. (However this is not for you to ask a new and unrelated question.)
- $95 each.
- $125.00 each for urgent sessions, if I am available, within 3-4 days.
- Note: Complex questions require more detail and explanations and are better suited for a Zoom Consultation to go over it in more depth.
Instructions:

- Before payment, I will review your question to see whether I believe I can help or not, if your question needs to be reframed or if I need more information. It is only after I understand your question and cast the chart, that I will be able to see if the chart can be read. Then I will let you know if I can judge the question.
- Fill out the Client Intake Form for this session.
- Once I receive your question and payment (I will send you an invoice), I will schedule the session and let you know when you will receive it. My aim is within 7 days, depending on my workload.
- Urgent or time sensitive questions can often be accommodated for an additional charge. Please contact me to see if I am available to do this for you.

For complex & more involved or intricate questions
We can look at the details of your question in more depth so you gain insight, guidance, understanding and a supportive ear.
Included:
- 50-60 minute Zoom or phone consultation.
- Zoom & phone consultations go deeper into your question. I will also work with your birth chart to explore what is happening to help give you more understanding.
- This is an opportunity for you to ask clarifying questions related to the question you submitted while we are talking. However our meeting is not for you to ask new and unrelated questions.
- Includes Astrology Chart of your question sent as a PDF document in an email message within 48 hours of the session.
- Birth time & information is required for this session.

- Appointment is needed. Once I receive your question and payment (I will send you an invoice), I will send you my calendar to schedule your session via Zoom.
- Urgent or time sensitive questions via Zoom or Phone: Please contact me to see if I am available to do this session for you. Often my calendar is booked 2 weeks out for Zoom or Phone Consultations, so it is more difficult for me to schedule this one within days of getting your question.
Zoom/Phone Consult

Mini Consult
Mini Consults are 20-30 minute consultations where you can get help formulating your question, seeing what consultation is best for you at this time, “running something past me”, general questions about my services, etc.
This is not a reading or Astrology consultation,
but rather a consultation or mentoring type of session.

Prices & Rescheduling
♦ Prices listed above are subject to change. Payment is due at time of session. Returned check fee: $35.00.
♦ Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you do not provide a 48-hour notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. (In the event of an emergency, a consultation may be rescheduled within 24 hours’ notice on a case-by-case basis.)
♦ Refund Requests: Since I dedicate many hours of Astrology preparation time before your session, a refund using the existing payment is unfortunately only possible within 7 days of your scheduled appointment. Sessions may be cancelled with a refund (minus any PayPal or bank fees) up to 7 days in advance of the scheduled appointment. After that time, we do not offer refunds, but you may save your consultation for another date, gift your consultation to someone else, or apply the purchase amount towards any other service offered by Colleáyn Klaibourne. If you do not provide a 48-hour notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. All sales are final. Sessions, services, classes, art, prints, digital items, etc. are non-refundable. All sales are final. Once a session is complete, there are no refunds. Sessions, services, classes, art, prints, digital items, etc. are non-returnable. Please see shop policy’s for more information.
Astrology
♦ Astrology: Please be advised that Astrology cannot predict, forecast, or provide information with absolute certainty. No guarantees or assurances of any kind are given and Colleáyn Klaibourne will not be held accountable for any interpretations or decisions made by recipients based on information provided during consultations. The consultations are not meant for medical, legal or financial advice, or to replace advice from other experts. You must be over the age of 18 to receive a consultation from me unless a parent or guardian is present and with the child/teen during the entire consultation.
ANimal Sessions
♦ Animal Sessions: Information received from your animal during an Animal Communication or a Healing session are from the animals perspective and experiences. Colleáyn is not a physician or veterinarian, and cannot diagnose illness. What she can do is describe to you the symptoms the animal feels/sends to her. Animal Communication is not a replacement for personal care, training, or veterinary diagnoses or treatments. Please contact your veterinarian on all health matters.
Qigong Healing
♦ Qigong Healing: The Qigong & Consultation services you have requested are to help you release energy blocks, open up your channels, and help fill you with the powerful, loving life energies of the Universe. They are not directed at identifying specific medical or psychological diseases. I am not a medical doctor, physician, psychologist, or veterinarian. I do not diagnose or treat disease. If you have a medical concern or question that requires medical attention you should see a licensed physician, or a licensed or registered health care provider.

Colleáyn is not is not in any way whatsoever obligated to accept every request made by its clients and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, with or without stating a cause.
Confidential
♦ All sessions are 100% confidential unless you wish for me, and give me permission, to tell whomever you want to know any particulars. (I get this request if someone is asking for healing, prayers, or wants someone to see their Astrology Chart, etc.) At times I use anonymous example charts for the purposes of teaching, horary examples or helping others gain more understanding of astrology .
